Beaumont Plantation Retreat: House Rules and Policy

 

Welcome to Beaumont Plantation Retreat! We are committed to ensuring your stay is enjoyable, safe, and memorable. To achieve this, we ask that all guests adhere to the following house rules and policies:

 

  1. Check-in and Check-out

    1. Check-in: 1:00 PM

    2. Check-out: 11:00 AM

    3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  2. Identification

    1. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Xerox/Photocopies, PAN Card are not accepted).

    2. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

  3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy

    1. Reservation Policy

      1. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. The deposit amount and terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

    2. Cancellation Policy

      1. Cancellation 30 days prior to check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.

      2. Cancellation 15 days prior to check-in: 20% of the total room rent will be deducted as cancellation charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

      3. Cancellation 7 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total room rent will be deducted as cancellation charges, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

      4. Cancellation within 72 hours of check-in or no-shows: 100% of the total room rent will be charged as retention, and no refund will be provided.

  4. Occupancy

    1. The maximum occupancy for each room is stated at the time of booking. Extra guests beyond the stated capacity are not allowed without prior approval.

    2. Children up to 8 years of age stay free when using existing bedding.

  5. Noise and Disturbance

    1. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    2. Loud music, parties, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  6. Smoking and Alcohol

    1. Beaumont Plantation Retreat is a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

    2. Guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol, but excessive consumption and disruptive behavior due to intoxication will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

  7. Pets

    1. Pets are welcome in designated areas. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. An additional cleaning fee will apply.

    2. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and are not allowed in the dining room or pool area.

  8. Housekeeping Services

    1. Daily housekeeping is provided. Please place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door if you do not wish to be disturbed.

    2. Housekeeping services are available only between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

    3. Linens and towels are changed every three days unless otherwise requested.

  9. Swimming Pool

    1. The pool is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.

    2. Proper swimwear is required. Children must be supervised at all times.

  10. Fire Safety

    1. Please familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and extinguishers.

    2. Open flames, including candles and incense, are not permitted in guest rooms.

  11. Valuables and Security

    1. Beaumont Plantation Retreat does not provide any additional storage facilities beyond what is available in the reserved room.

    2. Guests are responsible for storing their belongings within their rooms. Please ensure that all items are securely stored.

    3. The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings stored in the guest rooms.

    4. Please lock your doors and windows when leaving your room.

  12. Property Damage

    1. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

    2. Any damages will be charged to the guest’s account.

  13. Environmental Responsibility

    1. Beaumont Plantation Retreat is committed to sustainable practices. Please help us conserve water and energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use.

    2. We encourage the use of reusable water bottles and provide refill stations throughout the property.

  14. Respect for Nature

    1. Please respect the natural surroundings. Do not disturb wildlife or remove plants and flowers.

    2. Dispose of waste in designated bins. We strive to maintain a clean and litter-free environment.

  15. Complaints and Feedback

    1. We value your feedback. If you encounter any issues during your stay, please contact the front desk immediately so we can address them.

    2. We encourage guests to leave reviews and suggestions to help us improve our services.

  16. Liability

    1. The management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your stay.

    2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions.

  17. Termination of Stay

    1. Beaumont Plantation Retreat reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without notice if they violate any of these rules. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  18. Modifications to Property

    1. Guests are not allowed to drive nails, hooks, or make any modifications to the walls, furniture, or fixtures of the property.

    2. Any unauthorized alterations or damage to the property will result in charges for repairs or replacements.

  19. Extra Bed Policy

    1. Extra beds can be provided in selected rooms, subject to availability and with additional charges.

    2. Please request an extra bed at the time of booking or check-in to ensure availability.

    3. The charge for an extra bed will be added to the room rate and must be settled upon check-out.

  20. Guest Complaints and Non-Compliance

    1. In the event of a complaint from other guests regarding noise, behavior, or any other disturbance, a warning will be issued to the responsible party.

    2. If the behavior continues after the warning, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction from the property without a refund.

    3. Beaumont Plantation Retreat reserves the right to enforce this policy to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests.

  21. Viewpoint Guidelines

    1. The resort's viewpoint is situated more than 1,000 feet above the valley, offering stunning views. Guests visiting the viewpoint do so at their own risk.

    2. The viewpoint is designated solely for viewing purposes. No other activities, such as picnicking, littering, or loud noises, are permitted.

    3. Guests are advised to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines while at the viewpoint.

    4. The viewpoint is located close to the forest range of Tamil Nadu. Any unacceptable behavior or violation of the rules, including disturbing wildlife or damaging the environment, will attract legal action by forest officials.

    5. Beaumont Plantation Retreat is not responsible for any incidents that occur as a result of not adhering to these guidelines.

  22. Query Form and Waiver of Responsibility

    1. Query Form Completion

      1. All guests are required to complete a query form upon check-in. This form helps us understand your needs and preferences during your stay.

      2. The form includes details about any special requests, allergies, or medical conditions that we should be aware of.

      3. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

    2. Waiver of Responsibility

      1. By staying at Beaumont Plantation Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of responsibility:

      2. The management is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the property or during any activities undertaken.

      3. You agree to use the facilities and participate in activities at your own risk.

      4. The retreat is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay.

      5. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during your stay and will be charged accordingly.

  23. Payment Policy

    1. Full payment is required at the time of check-in to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

    2. Payments may be made via online payment methods like UPI or by swiping a valid credit/debit card.

    3. We do not accept personal checks or cash for payment.

    4. Guests are requested to settle any additional charges incurred during their stay at the time of check-out.

    5. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
