Booking & Cancellation Policy
 
July – September
Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of 50% advance payment of the total booking value.

• The balance 50% is payable at least 7 days prior to check-in.

• Bookings made within 7 days of check-in must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• A reservation is considered confirmed only after the applicable payment has been successfully received by Laxnar Beaumont.

Cancellation

• 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid.

• 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

• 8–14 days before check-in: 25% refund of the amount paid.

• 7 days or less before check-in: No refund.

• No-show: No refund.

• Early departure: No refund for unused nights.

• Reservations during this period are subject to limited availability and the applicable payment terms must be fulfilled for confirmation.

Cancellation

• 45 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the amount paid.

• 30–44 days before check-in: 50% refund of the amount paid.

• 15–29 days before check-in: 25% refund of the amount paid.

• 14 days or less before check-in: No refund.

• No-show: No refund.

• Early departure: No refund for unused nights.

Payment Methods
Laxnar Beaumont accepts the following payment methods:
1. UPI
Payment may be made through the UPI details provided by Laxnar Beaumont.
2. Credit / Debit Card
Payment may be made using the card payment machine available at the property, subject to applicable payment charges, if any.
3. Bank Transfer
Payment may be made by bank transfer to the official bank account of Laxnar Beaumont.
Important:
For payments made by bank transfer, a booking is considered confirmed only after the funds have been credited to Laxnar Beaumont’s bank account. A payment instruction, transaction screenshot, transfer confirmation, or bank reference alone does not constitute confirmation of the reservation.
